I am delighted to welcome piano teachers and music lovers to the 16th Australasian Piano Pedagogy Conference in Adelaide, 2026. Our conference continues to be supported by our major sponsors Kawai, Hal Leonard, and the AMEB.

This biennial event originated in Adelaide in 1993, and this will be the 4 th conference to be held here, hosted at the University of Adelaide Join studio piano teachers, pianists, scholars, students, composers, and enthusiasts from around the world for an inspiring program of keynote presentations, lecture-recitals, concerts, masterclasses, and workshops.

Our exceptional speakers, presenters, and performers will share their research, expertise, and artistry. Whether you’re a returning delegate or joining us for the first time, we look forward to exploring the world of piano music and how we can pass our knowledge to the next generation of musicians.
